At our Laser med spa we use Lumenis triLift™ which combines three different types of technology in sequence to produce dramatic results. It begins with Dynamic Muscle Stimulation (DMSt). This electrical energy triggers your facial muscles to contract repeatedly. This effectively provides a workout for your facial muscles, and like any other muscles, they become more sculpted and defined. These facial muscles will also shorten, and through their attachments to the skin will shape and hold your skin in a more lifted position, reducing the nasolabial and marionette furrows. The “bulked up” facial muscles will also provide an increase in volume in the mid-face area of the upper cheeks. Increased volume in this area has a strong rejuvenative effect.
TriPollar RF, the second technology, uses customizable tips that send radiofrequency (RF) energy pulses into the skin. This energy triggers skin cells called fibroblasts to increase their collagen production. New collagen firms and strengthens the skin, restoring natural volume and support.
Third, triFX uses microneedling to deliver RF energy deeply into the skin for even more intensive collagen development. This new collagen makes the dermal layer thicker, restoring youthful-looking contours and the appearance of healthy young skin.
At our Laser med spa we also offer Sofwave which is an ultrasound device that delivers patented technology known as Synchronous Ultrasound Parallel Beam (SUPERB) into the skin through the stimulation of new collagen. Sofwave is FDA-approved for lifting submental and neck tightening and fine line correction as well as tightening the lateral forehead to lift the eyebrow, reducing fine lines and wrinkles for a youthful appearance.
The Sofwave™ beams penetrate the tissue creating a fractional heating effect at the optimal depth of 1.5mm in the mid-dermis. We do recommend avoiding treatment over areas with dermal filler for 2 weeks.
